- Up to $270,000 annual salary with experience
- $15,000 Signing bonus
- Comprehensive benefits including following;

- Up to $70,000 towards school loan repayment in return for 2 years of service
- Tribal Health – Outpatient / Community Health Center setting

- A state of the art, on-site wellness center offering 5 swimming pools, Sauna, Racquet / Basketball courts, Weight-lifting, and much more.
- Monday – Friday; 4 x 10-hour shifts schedule per week / No Weekends
- 32 hrs of Clinical focus, 8 hrs. admin time
