HEF DURFERRIT handles the worldwide commercialization of the Group HEF technologies.

At the heart of the Group's international commercial development, in close collaboration with our local teams and the parent company, you generate revenue and promote all Group activities, technologies, and applications to large international groups in various sectors: automotive, aeronautics, photonics, mechanics, construction, energy, etc. In this role, your missions revolve around the following areas:

• Identify and contact prospects in line with the Group's commercial policy and the strategic applications defined by the product teams
• Secure appointments to present and promote the Group's service offerings (R&D, process services, and components)
• Accompany prospects/clients from technical solution research to production launch, leveraging all Group resources
• Negotiate commercial proposals (price, timeline, technical solution, quality, etc.) and close sales
• Gather market information, identify new applications, and participate in their development in collaboration with the product teams
• Develop and animate a network of commercial partners to facilitate connections with prospects
• Contribute to the development of the Group's expertise visibility: participation in professional events (trade shows, conferences), animation of the country page on professional social networks...
• Raise awareness of the host country about the Group's challenges and strategy, and act as an ambassador for international projects initiated by the parent company
• Foster cooperation between local teams and the parent company (sharing information and best practices…)

Holder of a minimum BAC+2 technical degree (materials, mechanics, physics, chemistry, etc.), you are known for your excellent interpersonal skills and wish to apply your knowledge in client discussions. Previous successful experience in a commercial role would be an advantage.

Based abroad, a basic level of English is essential for your role and local acclimatization.

Contract type: VIE with a training period in France of 1 to 2 months before expatriation for a duration of 18 months
