International Procurement Intern

What you will do

• Contribute to achieve savings and cost avoidance by suppliers'negotiation
• Complete order process for prototypes, FAIR, toolings, etc.
• Data maintenance (e.g. lead times, material object codes etc.)
• Executes and supports RfXs and quotation evaluations
• Plans and executes smaller purchasing projects upon instruction
• Be part of global project and lead procurement purposes
• Good collaboration with and support of internal customers / stakeholders
• Administration: analyses, KPIs, data maintenance, requiring information and certificates, archiving, etc.

What we require

• first experience in similar position / industrial sector could be appreciated

• Strong organizational and communication skills, resilience and endurance in daily business (administration, order and dunning process etc.)

• MS Office is a must, experience in SAP-MM and eProcurement is an advantage

• Experience in the execution of RfXs as well as quotation evaluations

• Commercial degree or technical degree with additional commercial training

• Education as "Certified Purchasing Specialist, Federal Diploma of Higher Education" is an advantage

• Feeling comfortable within a complex and fast moving as well as changing environment

• Good social competence

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent in teamwork

• Proactive attitude

• Independent working

• English is our working language, so a good level of English is required.We are looking for someone who can commit to the internship for 12 months.

• The role follows a hybrid working model: Monday to Thursday from our Las Tablas office, and Fridays working remotely.

• We can only offer internships through a national university internship agreement (convenio universitario). This can be curricular, extracurricular, or a combination of both, but unfortunately we cannot offer internships without a valid university agreement.
