Present product features, technology, trim levels, and available options in a clear and helpful manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM system.
Work closely with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Assist in creating and improving online listing content, photos, and vehicle descriptions when needed.
Stay informed on current promotions, inventory updates, and market trends.
