We are expanding our Internet Sales Department and looking for driven, competitive professionals who know how to communicate, follow a proven process, and turn online opportunities into showroom appointments and sales.

What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and digital inquiries
- Conduct high-volume outbound follow-up through phone, text, email, and personalized video
- Build rapport and provide customers with a clear, convenient buying experience
- Set, confirm, and follow up on qualified showroom appointments
- Provide accurate pricing, product information, availability, and payment options
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, activities, and scheduled follow-up
- Work closely with sales managers to maximize appointment, show, and closing rates
- Consistently meet established activity and performance expectations
- Follow up with unsold customers and maintain relationships throughout the buying process
What We’re Looking For
- Six months to two years of automotive sales, internet sales, or BDC experience preferred
- Strong communication skills by phone, text, email, and in person
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance targets
- Self-motivated, competitive, dependable, and coachable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Experience with CRMs, CoVideo, AccuTrade/KBB ICO, is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute consistently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
- Ability to provide three professional references upon request
