We pay up to 15% on back-end gross in addition to your earnings on front gross. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to internet sales inquiries from potential customers.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internet sales, automotive sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online sales platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
