Internet Salesperson

Location: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $42,000- $150,000

As an Internet Salesperson, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln. You’re the most critical point of contact for our sales department and will create a super experience. You will handle all in-person guests with vehicle purchases in the show room and sales lot.  You will strive to increase customer retention by providing genuine service and fully explaining product performance and the benefits to each guest.

We’re looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)

What You’ll Do:

• Actively respond to internet inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with internet guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

What You’ll Need:

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
