You will support our Project Managers in the planning, documentation, execution, and overall management of projects. You Are:

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: Pursuing a degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or relevant field
• ALWAYS LEARNING: Possess a willingness and desire to learn and be teachable
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• ANALYTICAL: Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; Ability to problem-solve

What You'll Do:

• ASSIST: Support Project Managers with equipment buyouts, estimations, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, budgets, communication, close outs, and other aspects of project management
• BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain positive relationships with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendors
• EVALUATE: Review plans, specifications, estimates, and scope of work on assigned projects
• PRIORITIZE: Utilize strong time management and multi-tasking skills to ensure deadlines are met
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lift/move materials up to 50lbs.; kneel, squat, climb, bend, and stoop to reach materials
