Internship, Stock Administrator (Winter/Spring 2027)

Please consider before applying: This position is expected to start January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring term (i.e., through April/May) or into early Summer 2027 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships. Please consider before applying.

Location: Draper, Utah

Payroll Accounting Intern will work with the Payroll team to provide payroll processing support for 50,000+ employees within US, Canada, Mexico, and India.

• Assist in updating and maintaining website content using data-driven inputs

• Support the team with data management tasks involving large datasets related to equity and stock plan administration

• Help organize and track projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders via email, chat, and in-person meetings

• Assist in building and maintaining Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards

• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve team processes and workflows

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• Advanced Excel skill set

• Extremely detail orientated

• Strong communication skills

• Understanding of audit procedures, tax, and accounting principles

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
