Supporting film breakdown, scouting reports, and data entry

Coordinating team travel, meals, and schedules

Managing communications and scheduling for team leadership
<\/p><\/li>
Assisting with HR -related onboarding and intern logistics

Supporting event and game -day coordination

Helping maintain internal documentation and project tracking

Assisting with sponsor outreach and activation tracking
<\/p><\/li>
Creating and supporting social media content and marketing campaigns

Conducting market research and lead generation

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Current enrollment<\/b> in a college/university program or recent graduate (within the past 12 months)
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum availability of 10–15 hours per week<\/b>, with flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events or games
<\/p><\/li>
Strong interest<\/b> in sports management, communications, operations, marketing, or related fields
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication skills<\/b> (written and verbal)
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to take initiative<\/b>, work independently, and manage deadlines in a fast -paced environment
<\/p><\/li>
Reliable transportation<\/b> to and from team offices, events, and the stadium (Dallas -based roles)
<\/p><\/li>
Professionalism<\/b> and a team -oriented attitude at all times
<\/p><\/li>
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/b> and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, etc.)
<\/p><\/li>
For Football Operations roles: Comfort working in physically active settings<\/b> and assisting with athletic equipment/setup
<\/p><\/li>
For Business Development or Social Media roles: Familiarity with social platforms, Canva, or basic editing tools<\/b> is a plus
<\/p><\/li>
Hands -on experience<\/b> in a professional sports environment with opportunities to contribute to real projects and game -day operations

Exposure to multiple departments<\/b> within a growing arena football organization
