Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring the right products are available at the right time? We are seeking a proactive professional to join our team and play a critical role in forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, and supporting the overall success of our merchandising operations.

In this role, you will analyze trends, evaluate inventory performance, and collaborate across multiple departments to ensure our customers have access to the products they need while supporting the company's financial objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze sales and demand trends to develop accurate forecasts for assigned product categories.
  • Execute purchasing and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels and achieve service and financial goals.
  • Monitor promotions and identify potential supply risks, partnering with Sourcing and Category teams to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide rolling forecasts and update product availability timelines based on supplier information.
  • Collaborate with Category, Global Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams on inventory planning, product lifecycle management, and logistics solutions.
  • Use data-driven insights and sound judgment to support business decisions and resolve challenges.
  • Contribute to special projects and support team success through collaboration and flexibility.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and develop timely, effective solutions.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in performing calculations involving percentages, proportions, discounts, commissions, and other business metrics.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and/or supply chain processes is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and the ability to transform data from multiple sources into meaningful reports and insights.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
