Inventory Analyst

Payrate: $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
 
Summary:
This role involves performing functions necessary to reconcile inventory discrepancies, including on-hand overages and shortages, supplier discrepancies, operations return grief, receipt grief, shipment errors, and posting receipts. The candidate will maintain cooperative team relationships with onsite 3PL and perform systematic SAP Mach1 research based on historical inventory movements to determine appropriate actions for reconciliation.
 
Responsibilities

• Perform random and scheduled inventory and receipt audits as directed.
• Work independently while promoting cooperative team relationships in day-to-day support of the facility and 3PL.
• Conduct counts on physical inventory, track inventory, and identify sources of discrepancy.
• Communicate all adjustments and issues to the Supply Chain Management group.
• Investigate and document Root Cause Corrective Action for discrepancies.
• Perform various reconciliation functions relating to inventory control and receipt accuracy of Company’s  on-hand material, supplier discrepancies, and shipment errors.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.

 
Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree accepted but still requires 2-4 years of experience.
• Internships accepted as job experience.
• Comparable roles include Record Accuracy and Inventory Management.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00 - $27.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
