Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supervising the flow of assigned goods in and out of inventory. Plan, organize, direct, control, and help manage the ongoing inventory needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and service levels
- Make data-driven replenishment decisions based on historical trends, lead times, and seasonality
- Lead and execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts with a focus on accuracy
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to manage inventory flow and support forecasting through SKU performance analysis
- Coordinate Direct-to-Trade activities, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and intercompany transfers
- Identify and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in inventory management and/or distribution environments
- At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office; experience with inventory management systems or related software preferred
- Proven ability to influence and work cross-functionally with sales, office, and operations teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick's locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role
- Team members in this position may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.

Base Compensation:
$50k-$55k
Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):
Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc.
