    Description

    FieldBridge is looking for an Inventory and Procurement Specialist in Katy, TX to work for a manufacturing / industrial cleaning company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

    FieldBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Procurement Specialist to manage inventory processes across their manufacturing and service operations. This role is responsible for maintaining ERP system accuracy, overseeing procurement activities, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with inventory management in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular physical inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels across manufacturing and service
    • Perform procurement activities including sourcing materials, evaluating vendor performance, negotiating terms, and processing RFQs and purchase orders
    • Utilize ECI M1 ERP to track inventory, update records, and maintain accurate data and pricing
    • Forecast weekly inventory depletion rates in ECI M1 based on planned manufacturing activities and scheduled maintenance intervals
    • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify root causes to prevent future variances

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, supply chain, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management, purchasing & procurement, or ERP system administration
    • Industry background in manufacturing, industrial/MRO supply, oil & gas, or construction/heavy equipment strongly preferred
    • Experience with ECI M1 ERP and QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic accounting knowledge
