As the Inventory and Shipping Flow Coordinator in Middletown, Ohio on 3rd shift (9pm-6pm), you’ll orchestrate the movement of goods so every order leaves accurately and on schedule—all while supporting a tight-knit, high-energy team.

Your impact

• Direct nightly shipping activities to meet tight departure windows with precision.
• Synchronize with warehouse crews to align receiving, staging, and outbound loading.
• Keep inventory in balance—monitor levels and act to prevent shortages or overages.
• Maintain clear, accurate shipment records using distribution software and Microsoft Office.
• Communicate early and often to resolve distribution roadblocks with cross-functional partners.
• Promote a culture of safety and adherence to company policies.
• Mentor new teammates and share best practices to strengthen the operation.

What sets you up for success

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/supply chain studies are advantageous.
• Previous distribution/logistics experience preferred.
• Meticulous organization and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Skilled with distribution platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Confident, clear communicator—both written and verbal.
• Comfort lifting heavy items and performing physical warehouse tasks.
