This role exists to protect availability, speed, and clean records from dock to destination.Key responsibilities:- Receive carrier deliveries (2–3x/day) at Warehouse 2; route items for Distribution, Marketing, Special Services, and IT- Pull delivery receipts, confirm contents, and notify the right teams- Match deliveries to POs; verify costs/quantities; log transaction dates/numbers; hold documentation until invoices arrive/appear in PaperSave- Run CostGuard reports by location; calculate replenishment needs using last-30-day sales; create and process transfers- Package and stage shipments for store delivery/UPS pickup; maintain a streamlined, organized inventory areaRequired skills/qualifications:- Comfortable with physical handling/moving devices and accessories (up to 50 lbs)- Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through; able to work independently- Working knowledge of inventory software (CostGuard) and MS Excel/Word/Adobe AcrobatReady to keep the network’s gear flowing?
