What You’ll Do

Travel as part of a supportive 2–3 person team along regional routes to conduct physical inventory audits inside convenience stores and retail locations across the Portland division and surrounding areas.

• Audit stock across sales floors, stockrooms, and walk-in coolers using handheld digital keypads.

• Reconcile inventory counts and review summary reports with store managers upon completion.

• Carpool along assigned regional routes and travel overnight as needed for division coverage.

Schedule & Route Details

• Early Morning Kickoffs: On-site audit work begins at 7:00 AM. Departure times vary based on route distance.

• Weekly Hours: Averages 36–42 hours per week.

• Regular Regional Overnights: Role includes approximately 2 overnight trips per month with advance notice and full company hotel coverage.

Requirements

• Vehicle & Screenings: Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to pass standard Background (BGC) and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.

• Physical Capabilities: Comfort standing, bending, stooping, climbing short step-ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working briefly in cool storage environments (walk-in coolers).

• Reliability: Punctuality for early morning departures, flexibility for travel/overnights, and a collaborative team mindset.
