Inventory Attendant

Employbridge is currently hiring a Storeroom Attendant for a supply and inventory management operation in Charlotte, NC. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory, stocking, or material handling experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily operations.

Schedule Information:

• Training will be conducted on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) for as long as needed
• Mandatory overtime may be required, including some Saturdays
• Overtime needs will be communicated in advance whenever possible

Shift/Pay:

• 2nd shift: 2pm - 11:30pm
• Training on 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm  (Required)
• $19.42/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, stock, and organize incoming materials, tools, and equipment
• Issue materials and supplies to employees as needed
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities
• Accurately track inventory transactions using computerized systems
• Use RF scanners to process inventory movements
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment
• Assist with receiving, stocking, issuing, and replenishment of inventory
• Prepare inventory reports and support inventory audits
• Deliver materials and equipment to designated work areas

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, stocking, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or more with assistance when required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift
• Must wear steel-toe shoes and appropriate PPE
