Inventory Auditor

**Location:** [Walpole, MA] — On site
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
**Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Pay:** $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
**Potential for Full Time Employment after 6 Months**

About the Role

We're looking for a detail oriented Inventory Auditor with experience in IT hardware, enterprise systems, and warehousing operations. You will be responsible for verifying, tracking, and maintaining accurate records of IT equipment and related assets. This position is ideal for someone who has familiarity with ITAD, hardware lifecycle management, or warehouse logistics — and is looking for a long term opportunity with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Audit, track and reconcile inventory of IT equipment (servers, laptops, networking gear, peripherals, etc.)
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and internal databases
• Perform serial number checks, data capture, and condition grading for IT assets
• Maintain accurate inventory data within internal systems (ERP/WMS)
• Assist in preparing items for resale, recycling or redeployment
• Collaborate with ITAD and operations teams to ensure proper asset handling
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in asset counts or records

Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise IT hardware (Dell, Client, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.)
• Experience in ITAD environments or electronics refurbishment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Google Sheets, inventory software)
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with handling electronics or IT equipment.

• Strong computer skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
