What You'll Do as a Inventory Clerk:- Prepare, enter, and deliver purchase orders, work orders, and shipping requests for parts and supplies
- Serve as the primary vendor contact for pricing, availability, and vendor services
- Review and resolve purchase order discrepancies, incorrect shipments, pricing errors, and inventory issues
- Administer and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
- Process purchase orders and invoices and assist with ledger reconciliation documentation
- Perform inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel regarding parts requirements, supplier issues, and inventory system usage
What You Need to Bring to the Inventory Clerk Role:- Previous inventory, purchasing, warehouse, or supply chain experience preferred
- Strong computer and inventory management system skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and process purchase orders and invoices
- Strong communication skills for working with vendors and internal departments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift license; forklift experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements as applicable
