Introduction
International Motors has an exciting opportunity at the Midwest Parts Distribution Center (PDC). The Midwest PDC has more than 800,000 square feet of space and over 80,000 SKUs. This position involves splitting time between an office environment and the warehouse, assisting in managing warehouse inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of materials management experience OR at least 2 years of materials management experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with escalated heights
- Must be comfortable being trained to drive a Cherry Picker
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Software or TOLAS System

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and support tasks to ensure that inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorized personnel
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records
- Investigate inventory overages/shortages, cycle count discrepancies, and locate missing inventory
- Ensure that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct
- Assist with processing Shipped in Error (SIE) claims and investigations as well as Dealer Returns
- Provide backup and assist with other Inventory Control duties as needed
- Assist with Pick Exceptions/Inventory Shortages throughout the day
