Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Duration: 4-Month contract to start
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30/4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to manage maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) inventory in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, timely parts availability, and efficient storeroom operations to support maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue maintenance parts and supplies.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory counts.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate parts procurement.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain an organized and safe storeroom.

• Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and purchasing teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, maintenance storeroom management, or industrial purchasing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.

• Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance parts and inventory control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with SAP, Maximo, PMC 2000, ERP, or CMMS systems.

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
