Inventory Control Clerk

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability and efficient replenishment processes.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Monitors and maintains inventory levels.
• Processes and tracks purchase orders and changes.
• Performs cycle counts and records results.
• Compiles inventory information such as consumption rate, characteristics, value, and stock on hand to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Inputs data and generates audit reports.

Qualifications

Education

High School diploma required.

Training and Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Abilities

• Cycle Counting
• Data Entry - Keyboarding
• Experience with Inventory Control Software
