We bring you tomorrows opportunity today.Volt is immediately hiring Inventory Control Coordinator in Jersey Village TX.As anInventory Control Coordinatoryou willResponsibilities Review daily inventory and material status reports taking appropriate action to address shortages and discrepancies. Monitor on-hand inventory levels and recommend inventory adjustments as needed. Recommend stock level changes and material status updates to optimize inventory performance. Prioritize material allocation for production orders and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Generate and distribute daily and weekly inventory reports to support inventory accuracy. Assist in maintaining transactional accuracy and integrity within inventory management systems. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies WIP transaction issues and material availability concerns. Support Shipping Receiving and Production teams by resolving material flow challenges. Generate reports and documentation related to inventory shipping and receiving activities. Process material and due-date changes for released work orders. This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.The ideal candidate will haveRequired Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of relevant inventory warehouse or material control experience preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience processing inventory transactions and managing material flow. Position required lift to 50 lbs. with assistance when required. Required stand bend squat and work on ladders for extended periods. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
