Our client, a logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Logistics Manager/Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Manager/Coordinator you will be part of the Operations & Supply Chain team supporting inbound supply chain and site execution. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support inventory control activities that help maintain accurate product flow and operational readiness across assigned sites.
• Assist with data accuracy and system integrity across relevant transportation and supply chain platforms.
• Help coordinate and support inbound planning needs by tracking and organizing information that impacts scheduling and service performance.
• Contribute to issue resolution by supporting investigations, documentation, and follow-up for operational discrepancies.
• Provide cross-functional support to internal teams and external partners as business needs require.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Hours of Service (HOS) requirements, and weight/transportation limitations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
