Inventory Control Lead to work on-site at the Imperial Dade / Imperial Brady facility in Traverse City. In this role, you will be employed by ResourceMFG while taking full ownership of the inventory tracking, data entry, and warehouse management

 Pay starts at $23-$24 an hour

What You Will Do (Essential Duties)

• Systems & Data Management: Heavily utilize Microsoft Excel and the facility's internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track, input, and update all inbound inventory data.
• Cycle Counting: Consistently execute the facility’s cycle count program to maintain precise inventory and location accuracy.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Actively research, trace, and resolve any physical or digital inventory discrepancies.
• Inbound Receiving: Verify and log inbound products transferred between facilities, updating the tracking system in real time.
• Department Leadership: Take complete ownership of physical inventory controls, forecast potential stock issues, and report operational bottlenecks to management.
• Future Training: Establish reliable workflows with the long-term goal of training and onboarding future department assistants.
