Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Rialto, CA 92376
Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary:
Responsible for inventory tracking, data entry, Oracle system updates, cycle counting, and inventory record maintenance. Ensures inventory accuracy, investigates discrepancies, and supports daily inventory control operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain inventory records in Oracle, including product transfers, locations, disposals, and stock adjustments.

• Perform cycle counts, location audits, and physical inventory counts.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve variances.

• Process expired products and completed MRB (Material Review Board) items.

• Monitor open orders and respond to inventory availability inquiries.

• Review and maintain weekly/monthly inventory reports and issue logs.

• Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and compliance with record-retention policies.

• Support Lean/5S activities and communicate inventory concerns to management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous inventory control experience preferred.

• Data entry and basic spreadsheet skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift, carry, or move items as required, potentially weighing up to 50–60 lbs.
