In our Upstate New York headquarters, we house some of the most advanced equipment available to produce new and unique components for the jewelry industry.Role OverviewAs Inventory Control Supervisor, you will support the Inventory Control Manager by keeping inventory operations accurate, timely, and well-coordinated. This role exists to strengthen data integrity, ensure reliable reporting, and guide a team that processes and logs inventory with consistency.Key responsibilities include supervising, coaching, training, and motivating inventory control staff; overseeing daily processing and logging of inventory transactions; monitoring inventory data accuracy and correcting discrepancies; and producing routine inventory reports to support decision-making.Required qualifications/skills:- Excellent math skills with strong attention to detail- Clear communication skills across teams and all levels of management- Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environmentIf you’re ready to lead with precision and help maintain dependable inventory records, apply today.A Typical DayYou’ll start the morning aligning priorities with the Inventory Control Manager, then check dashboards and logs to confirm transactions posted cleanly from the prior shift. Throughout the day, you’ll move between the floor and the system—answering questions, validating counts, and ensuring documentation is complete before updates are finalized. You’ll review exceptions, spot trends that could impact accuracy, and prepare concise summaries for end-of-day visibility.
