Inventory Controller

Reybold is a construction and property management company currently seeking an Inventory Controller for our Maintenance Department. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and to ensure inventory is available and ready for use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining good organization and security of warehoused supplies and equipment
• Seeking out competitive pricing from vendors
• Purchasing supplies and maintains replenishment of supplies
• Receiving, inspecting, and unpacking supplies and verifying them on invoices
• Auditing inventory on a regular basis and provides reports to management
• Performing some clerical duties including, data entry, answering phones, and assisting other team members
• Issue PO and verify all ordered items have been received
• Attach PO to Invoice VIA accounting software
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and orderly
• Assist Technicians with gathering needed items
• Create and implement a system to predict ordering needs

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Drivers License

Physical Demands

Heavy climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Must be able to lift fifty pounds.

Work Environment

Duties are usually performed indoors and frequently outdoors in all conditions.
