ResponsibilitiesThe Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing food, beverage, and supply inventory for the hospital's Dietary Department. This role ensures accurate inventory control, supports patient meal services, maintains compliance with food safety standards, and optimizes stock levels to reduce waste and control costs. The coordinator collaborates closely with purchasing, receiving, and kitchen staff to support efficient and compliant food service operations in a healthcare environment. QualificationsJob Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Job Requirements: 1-3 years of inventory, purchasing, or food service experience. Experience with inventory or ERP systems. Experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary setting.
