Summary

CHS Devils Lake is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Hannaford, ND. In this role, you will work primarily in the grading office, collecting grain samples, conducting moisture tests, operating probing equipment, and helping ensure grain quality standards are met. Youll also support daily inventory and administrative activities that keep operations running smoothly. CHS is willing to train the right candidate and is looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect grain samples and perform grading activities to ensure commodities meet quality and regulatory standards.

• Operate probing equipment, conduct moisture testing, and maintain accurate grading and inventory records.

• Support daily inventory control processes and assist with grain receiving and shipment activities.

• Utilize computer systems to process transactions, coordinate truck loading activities, and complete administrative tasks.

• Assist with train grading and other operational functions as needed to support efficient facility operations.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth workflow execution.

• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge of grain grading, inventory management, and facility operations.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Inventory Analysis
• High School diploma or GED

• Work extended hours to meet business demands

Physical Requirements

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
