Inventory Coordinator Classification Non-Exempt Job Summary The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for tracking Units in Operation (UIO) at Toyota Lift for all branches and providing actionable data for both our CSS and Service operations group to enhance current customer spend as well as identifying potential customers’ Toyota units to increase service market share. Along with being responsible for maintaining validity of inventory in Softbase and updating as required and will assist with inventory audits, reporting, and barcoding. Essential Functions
Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • Associates Degree in accounting preferred • Previous Accounting experience preferred • Knowledge of accounting software • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Must be self-motivated • Team oriented Typical Physical Activity Sitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, talking, and hearing.
