Inventory Coordinator - Main Campus

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital in Cleveland, OH to hire an Inventory Coordinator. This is a first shift (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM) opportunity with a pay rate starting at $17/hour based on experience and skill level.  This is a unique opportunity to be part of the setup and launch of a new, state-of-the-art Neurological Institute facility. This role focuses on inventory management, organization, product replenishment, and supporting the buildout of inventory rooms within a new healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build out inventory rooms by placing, labeling, and organizing inventory bins according to established layouts and buildout grids.
• Receive, stock, and replenish medical and supply inventory while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work independently to maintain organized inventory spaces, including frequent standing, bending, lifting, and movement throughout the facility.
• Follow inventory plans, directions, and procedures to support the successful opening of the new Neurological Institute building.
• Assist with inventory-related projects and supply chain operations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant inventory, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and inventory layouts.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing frequent bending and lifting.
