Inventory Coordinator/Receiver

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding order discrepancies and returns.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in stocktaking activities.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in training new staff on inventory procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
