Inventory Management - Contractor - A

NOTES:
1. 2nd Shift 3:30PM - 1:30AM Pay Rate Range ***-***/hr.
2. Use MU rate for Non-cleared Light Industrial
3. Entry level - 1 to 3 years exp. Manager is not interested in anyone with an advanced degree.
4. Must have reliable transportation (which is not a bicycle or Uber)
5. Must have valid DL

Inventory Management Support A (Contractor)
Responsible for performing physical or administrative tasks supporting receiving, as well as responsible for the organization and maintenance of the stockroom inventory.
Responsibilities for Receiving
• Must receive all incoming material.
• Report any discrepancies or damages to material immediately to management.
• Count and verify material against the purchase order or invoice.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities for Stockroom
• Organize and maintain stockroom inventory according to company procedures.
• Pick and issue material to internal and external customers.
• Assist in counting and verifying material in stockroom to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies or damages to material immediately to management.
Requirements
• Prior experience in a stockroom or inventory control environment preferred.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team or individually.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures per company guidelines.
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hrs. and can lift up to 40lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Must be able to use the applications Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Must be able to work in other areas to help the business needs.
