This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on inventory, stockroom, or materials experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Horsham, PA

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Pay: $23-$27/hour, depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join a growing organization in Horsham, PA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on inventory, stockroom, or materials experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, organize, and distribute materials and inventory
• Kit materials for production and assembly according to Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Accurately record inventory transactions within the ERP system
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts
• Identify, research, and report discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate stockroom
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and available when needed
• Work closely with inventory, operations, and production teams to support day-to-day needs
• Assist with additional inventory and material-handling responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of inventory, stockroom, materials, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Experience with SAP or another ERP/inventory management system preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and material kitting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move materials and boxes as required
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Horsham, PA
