    Description

    Job Title: Inventory Supervisor

    Location: Narsapura

    Role Purpose:

    To ensure accurate inventory management, maintain stock integrity, and support smooth warehouse operations through effective system and physical controls.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/SAP
    • Perform cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy
    • Handle stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
    • Ensure proper binning and put-away as per defined process
    • Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance
    • Coordinate with operations team for stock movements
    • Identify and report inventory mismatches and damages
    • Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and audit requirements

    Requirements:

    • Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
    • Experience in inventory management (preferred)
    • Knowledge of WMS/SAP systems is an advantage
    • Good communication and coordination skills
    • Ability to handle pressure during peak operations

    Qualification:

    • Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years for Supervisor role
