Job Title: Inventory Associate

Location: Fresno, CA

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Inventory Associate for a short-term position at a well-established distribution company in Fresno, CA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain warehouse experience and contribute to smooth operations within a busy fulfillment center.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30AM - 3:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

Picking wholesale orders by accurately pulling cases from designated locations and building secure pallets

Labeling wholesale cases to ensure proper outbound shipment processing

Applying corner boards and toppers to outbound pallets for transportation safety

Hand-wrapping pallets to safeguard products during transit

Breaking down inbound pallets by lot, and re-palletizing for inventory management

Removing shrink wrap and tags from pallets in preparation for picking

Sorting and prepping inbound parcel shipments, including SKU separation

Performing cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

Supporting fulfillment packaging projects as needed

Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all team members

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred

Basic math skills for accurate counting and labeling

Ability to stand for extended periods

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
