    • Utilize district inventory software to maintain accurate inventory control and recover technology devices that has been reported lost, stolen, or damaged.
    • Work with district police department to recover reported stolen devices.
    • Communicate with parents/guardians for proper retrieval of non-returned devices from withdrawn students.
    • Maintain accurate database of withdrawn students received from PowerSchool notifications.
    • Work with Asset Management Department for accurate asset data for all withdrawn students.
    • Ensure all decommissioned devices are documented and processed in a timely manner.
    • Work with Information Technology Security team to ensure all lost or stolen devices are locked in a timely manner.
    • Work with Human Capital Management Department to retrieve data of exiting staff.
    • Collaborate with Dallas ISD Campus Staff as needed.
    • Provide excellent communication and customer service to parents, students and employees.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/ or manager.
