Inventory Warehouse Associate (B SHIFT)

Join a fast-paced fulfillment operation where safety, inventory accuracy, quality, and teamwork are essential. The Inventory Warehouse Associate will support receiving, inventory control, material handling, order fulfillment, and shipping while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.

Location: Kent, WA
Work Setup: On-site
Pay Rate:$30/hour W2 No Benefits
Shift: B Shift, Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 12:30 AM PST
Hours: Minimum 45 50 hours/week, with opportunities for up to 55 hours/week

Inventory Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.

• Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Complete put-away, picking/kitting, packing, and shipping activities.

• Identify and report shortages, damages, and inventory discrepancies.

• Load and unload trucks and containers.

• Safely operate or train to operate PIT equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers.

• Follow OSHA requirements, PPE guidelines, and established warehouse safety procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.

Inventory Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• 2+ years of fulfillment center or warehouse operations experience, including receiving and inventory functions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work a minimum of 45 50 hours per week.

• Experience with receiving, inventory counting, put-away, picking/kitting, packing, and/or shipping.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

• Effective communication, mathematical, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material (BOM).

• Previous forklift experience and willingness to operate PIT equipment with required training.

Inventory Warehouse Associate Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.

• Previous certified forklift experience.

Candidates should be prepared to describe their fulfillment operations experience, including years of experience with inventory counting, receiving, put-away, picking/kitting, packing, and shipping.
