NFI Real Estate is seeking entrepreneurial, highly motivated individuals with a demonstrated interest in real estate and finance. The Investment Analyst will have a broad range of responsibilities to provide analytical support to the real estate team for acquisitions, redevelopment, developments, financing, asset management, leasing, and investment reporting to help grow and manage an 18 million square foot, national industrial real estate platform. As such, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to grow their real estate knowledge from a diverse perspective within an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment with a company experiencing significant growth.

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
