We're currently partnered with a leading middle-market investment bank seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join their growing Diversified Industrials team in Boston. Key Responsibilities

• Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
• Prepare client presentations, management presentations, confidential information memoranda, and marketing materials
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development initiatives
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes
• Interact with clients, private equity firms, lenders, attorneys, and other transaction counterparties
• Mentor Analysts and help drive execution across active engagements

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of investment banking experience, preferably with M&A transaction exposure
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience preparing client-facing materials and managing transaction workstreams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
