A middle-market investment bank is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its team. This opportunity offers significant exposure to M&A transaction execution, financial analysis, valuation, client interaction, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of live M&A transactions
Build financial models and valuations
Prepare CIMs and management presentations
Conduct industry and buyer research
Assist with due diligence and data rooms
Coordinate with clients and transaction participants
Review and mentor junior team members
Participate in business development efforts
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in investment banking, valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or related fields
Strong modeling and valuation capabilities
M&A transaction experience
Strong accounting and finance foundation
