Investment Banking Director - Business Services (Chicago, IL)

Selby Jennings is partnering with a well-established investment bank on a confidential search for a Director to join its Business Services coverage team in Chicago. This is a senior role with significant deal leadership and client exposure.

What You'll Do:

• Lead M&A advisory engagements for sponsor-backed companies across the Business Services space
• Oversee day-to-day execution and manage deal teams
• Mentor and develop junior bankers
• Contribute to client relationships and business development efforts What

We're Looking For:

• 7-9 years of direct investment banking experience, with a heavy focus on M&A advisory
• Strong track record advising sponsor-backed companies in Business Services
• Proven ability to run transactions end to end and manage junior team members
• Chicago-based
