Job Title: Investment Client Service Associate
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional client service to investment clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with inquiries, account set-up, and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with investment advisors and portfolio managers to address client needs.
- Stay up-to-date on investment products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for client meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts and transactions.
- Follow compliance and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
