Job Description
Alliance Resource Group has partnered with a green energy company that is looking to add a finance manager to their team.
This role will be heavily focused on modeling current and new investments as well as assist with new investment underwriting and commodity research.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and financial performance.
Coordinate financial and operational due diligence for prospective investments.
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, financial return analyses, and recommendations.
Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Review financial projections, operating results, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and investment performance.
Support contract negotiations and coordination with external vendors, advisors, and service providers.
Prepare materials and financial updates for senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Analyze complex financial information and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate the financial impact of regulatory, accounting, and market developments.
Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- MBA a plus
- Min. of 5 yrs of progressive experience in a consulting, professional services, or investment banking background
