Your Profile:

• Level of studies: Bac +2
• English: Medium

Main Tasks:

Task Detailed description of main activities Operational /Strategic Tasks -Extract invoice validation status from SAP and COUPA systems

• Analyze the overdue invoices and treat them as priority
• Check all information on the invoices based on agreed rate-book -Validate the invoices
• Complete report of what is validated
• Contact Carriers in case of issues on the invoices or in the system
• Collaboration with Payable account
• Follow escalation process
• Contact the purshasing team in case of missing data in the contract or rate book
