Job Skills / Requirements

SUMMARY:

• Maintain the a large multi zone irrigation system at a client site in Fort Smith, AR.
• Perform daily, specialty tasks such as scheduling irrigation repairs, maintenance, operations and irrigation audits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• The primary responsibility of the Irrigation tech is to maintain the grounds maintenance of the client.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Must have prior irrigation work experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees or the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
