Job Title : Scrum Master
Location: 100% Remote

Experience: 5–7 years overall IT; 3–5 years Scrum Master required
Agile: 3–5 years required
Healthcare: 3–5 years preferred
Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration, or Management
Certifications: CSM or PSM I preferred; certification verification preferred
CTH: Possible — provide candidate's salary requirements
Assessment: Must complete SCRUM MASTER Glider Assessment

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Coach teams and leadership on Agile/Scrum practices.
Remove impediments and manage risks/dependencies.
Drive team accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support Sprint planning, delivery, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience
5–7 years of overall IS/IT experience required.
3–5 years of Scrum Master experience required.
3–5 years of experience working in an Agile environment required.
Experience working with teams using COBOL/Mainframe development is REQUIRED.
