JOB DESCRIPTION

The IS Project Manager position manages one or more medium projects in Information Technology. They plan, organize, and guide teams to execute project tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring successful outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment required.
  • Demonstrated project experience in healthcare and/or biomedical engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Perform core job responsibilities; additional duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Develop project plans aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Build stakeholder support and influence decisions to ensure alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations from project initiation through post deployment.
  • Develop project charters, plans, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Oversee integration, training, and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and teams across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop effective corrective actions.
